Full API-key parity: every tool — including the mutation verbs — now works with customer API keys (scoped); machine actions are attributed first-class in the load audit history.
New tools: check_allocation (terminal DTN allocations), get_bol_stats / get_bol_report / get_bol_volume_summary (terminal bills of lading), get_tank_trends, get_driver_board.

New tools (server surface: 12 tools)

update_load_status — cancel / complete / reschedule an existing load, with optimistic locking and allowed-transition reporting.
reassign_load — move a load to a different driver or carrier.
update_load — edit delivery window, PO number, truck/trailer.
get_load_timeline — a load's merged audit feed (dispatcher actions + driver trip events), newest first.
get_recommended_loads — the "what should I dispatch today?" feed.
report_missing_capability — agents report tools they wished existed.

Safety & auth

Two-phase confirmation gate on all mutation tools (preview + bound token + human confirmation).
API-key authentication (Mode B): use your FolioX customer API key as a standard bearer token — no browser needed for headless agents.
Ambiguous credentials (bearer + X-API-Key together) are now rejected explicitly.
Per-organization enablement gating for controlled rollout.
